How to Create an Awesome Team of Wedding Suppliers for your Wedding Day- Michelle Huggleston
You’ve just got engaged, you’re riding this incredible wave of happy emotions, you’ve celebrated with lots of Champagne with family and friends and everyone is asking you more questions than you can answer. When is the big day? Where are you getting married? When is the hen/stag do?
I get it, there is so much to think about. You’re still thinking of your ideas and feeling a bit overwhelmed with how much there is to consider. This is your first time wedding planning and you’re not sure exactly what you should be doing.
Each couple is unique and different, they like things totally different to the next. I talk about this a lot on my own blog. Pick what you love (a lot easier said than done I know), you know what you love, so follow that feeling. The best way to create an awesome team of wedding suppliers is to not only pick what you love, but to really think about who you’re spending your incredible day with. I’m talking from a wedding photographer’s point of view as I spend all day with my couples. So for me building a relationship with each couple is just as important as them loving my style of photography. My approach is relaxed and fun, and I want my couples to enjoy having their photographs taken, it’s not just about the final outcome, but the process in getting there. I get so excited about being part of a couple’s day and you want all the suppliers that you pick, to be just as thrilled to be part of your wedding day.
I cannot recommend attending wedding fayres enough, no matter what stage you’re at with your wedding planning. Whether you’re just starting or you’re near the end and finalising all your plans. Welsh National Wedding Fayre has a lot of suppliers under one roof. A great Sunday to enjoy as a couple, with friends or with your Mum. Wander around, sip the glass of bubbly on arrival and pick up all the information you can. Have a look at the work and style you love and of course ask questions and get to know the wedding suppliers. We all want to know about you and your plans, but I’m sure you’d love to know who’ll be part of your wedding day too.
Here are some awesome couples I met at previous Welsh National Wedding Fayres, each couple and day ridiculously unique and all bursting with love.
